Shipping and Return Policy
DHS USA respects your privacy and is committed to protect any personal information you share with us. We do not sell, rent, or give personal customer information to any other company. The only exception is if we send your information to our business partners who work on our behalf to fill your order; for example, when we drop-ship a table to you, directly from our manufacturing plant. In this case, we will provide your information to our shipping partner, for the purpose of delivering the service or product. Our shipping partners are prohibited from using your personal information for any other purpose. We will disclose your personal information only if required to do so by law, or to protect personal or public safety.
- We offer free shipping in the USA for orders over $60, with the exception of tables, robots, and some other large or heavy items as indicated. There is a shipping charge for orders under $60.
- Shipping fees and delivery times depend on the destination state of your parcel.
- Insurance, priority, or expedited services are available at additional cost upon request.

Your order will include a tracking number that’ll be automatically emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received your tracking number in 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us.
Your order comes with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is in its original, unused condition. No returns allowed on any Clearance / final sale category.
In order to qualify for our return policy the following requirements need to be fulfilled:
- Blades must be returned in a box and cannot have any scrapes or glue on their surface.
- Rubbers / paddles must be sealed in their original packaging.
- Bags and Accessories must be returned unused with their original packaging and labels.
- If you refuse your package or the package returns because the address was incorrect, the value of the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping on item over $50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee refunds on any items that are returned to us without our signed proof of delivery.
